Turkish Cooking Demonstration with Fatma

In the cooking demonstration you will learn how to make Lentil soup, stuffed Eggplants, stuffed vine leaves and Aside (a traditional turkish dessert). We can cater for vegetarians and for some food sensitivities/allergies. You will also receive cooking notes to take back home and recreate your Turkish experience (only English available).

Please make a booking with the staff at the cafe. The cooking classes will only run with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 10.
